Meryl Streep is absolutely brilliant (as is James Broadbent), but it's not much of a biopic and it takes the same attitude that Paddy Chayevsky took towards Faye Dunaway's character in Network: this is what happens when a woman tries to do a man's job; they're not just emotional stable enough for it.
